Terms of Use

 Refunds and Exchanges:

It’s so important to me that you love your piece, and that you are satisfied with your purchase. For that reason, I happily accept exchanges or returns with in 30 days of purchase.

Commissions:

Contact me for commissions. Deposits are non refundable if a commission is cancelled, but can be used towards another product (print, original, or commission).

Originals:

For any series releases, I will announce (and provide early access) to my email list, as well as announce via social media. Originals are sold online on a first come first served basis.

Prints:

My printers are carefully scouted and are committed to quality.  Prints are offered on fine art paper or canvas (rolled or stretched). Rolled canvas can framed.

Stockists and Galleries:

I'm honored to be featured in your space. Please contact me for inquiries!

Press and Bloggers:

I'm so happy to work with you. Please credit me (and my photographers if applicable) on any images used from my website.

Ownership

Kristin Cronic owns the rights to the art, including all sold originals and commissions, unless the collector has purchased the rights (in addition to the cost of the original. Contact me if you want to do that!). The collector may not reproduce her art without written permission. If the art is reproduced in media, please give her credit. Art may not be resold or redistributed without her written permission.

Privacy Policy

I take your privacy very seriously. Your provided name and email to my email list is only being used for studio updates and not shared with anybody else. Information used in your order is protected and used solely to ship work and communicate with you regarding any issues of your order. I do not share your information with anyone. This website collects cookies and uses data for Google Analytics and pixels. I comply with CAN-SPAM and other legal requirements for email marketing.

For collectors in the EU: Your data is kept in my database for only as long as required to account for bookkeeping and purchase history, approximately 10 years. If you would prefer I delete your information sooner, you can contact me here.  You have the right to lodge a complaint with legal authority and rescind your data at any time. I will comply with your request within 3 business days.
